Distance Sales Contract

1. PARTIES

This contract is executed by and between the following parties under the terms and conditions set forth herein:

Buyer:
The individual or entity completing the order through the Drive Stylez platform.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This contract governs the sale and delivery of plastic caliper covers (hereinafter referred to as "Products") ordered by the Buyer through the Drive Stylez online platform, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

The details, including descriptions and prices of the Products purchased by the Buyer, are specified in the invoice generated at the time of the order. These details form an integral part of this contract.

4. DELIVERY

• Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order process.

• Delivery costs, if any, will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

• The Seller shall deliver the Products within 30 days from the confirmation of the order unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

The Buyer agrees to pay the total purchase price for the Products, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, through the payment methods available on the Drive Stylez platform. Payment is deemed complete upon confirmation from the payment service provider.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email or phone, providing the order number and details.

• Upon withdrawal, the Products must be returned to the Seller in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notification. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise specified.

• The Seller shall refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.

7. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

• The Products sold under this contract are covered by legal warranties as per applicable consumer protection laws.

• The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or use of the Products.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this contract shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the consumer arbitration boards and courts at the location of the Buyer.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

• This contract becomes effective upon the confirmation of the order by the Buyer.

• Any amendments to this contract must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

• The invalidity of any provision in this contract shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
